The Hot Chicks Food Truck story begins with the story of two young men: Ali d and Jaber.
Ali D started his journey in the food industry as a dish washer at his uncles Coney island, and Jaber started his journey as a bus boy at a local Mediterranean restaurant. As both young men grew up, they bounced from job to job, struggling to locate their true calling.
In particular, Ali D found himself in the corporate world.
A Leap of Faith: Building the Dream Together
Separated from his true passion of the kitchen, Ali D decided to trade suit for apron, and became a manager at a local burger joint, where he would meet Jaber. The pair became like brothers, laughing at each other's humor and talking about future endeavors.
By this time, both young men had 10+ years experience in the food industry and decided it was time to take a leap of faith. They decided upon: “Hot Chicks Food Truck” and built a vast menu of delicious, 100% Halal, chicken sandwiches & more.

Side by side, Ali D and Jaber worked countless hours perfecting the menu ( focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients), training new members of the team, and building the brands social presence. Ultimately, Ali & Jaber proved that sometimes, the greatest risks lead to the most savory rewards. With the support of a hardworking team, they created a diverse menu of burgers, wraps, and sandwiches that would leave customers coming back for more.
