The Hot Chicks Food Truck story begins with the story of two young men: Ali d and Jaber. 

Ali D started his journey in the food industry as a dish washer at his uncles coney island, and Jaber started his journey as a bus boy at a local mediterranean restaurant. As both young men grew up, they bounced from job to job, struggling to locate their true calling.

in particular, Ali D found himself in the corporate world. Seperated from his true passion of the kitchen, he decided to trade suit for apron, and became a manager at a local burger joint. This is where Ali D would meet Jaber. The pair became like brothers, laughing at eachothers humor and talking about future endeavours.

By this time, both young men had 10+ years experience in the food industry and decided it was time to take a leap of faith. They decided upon: “Hot Chicks Food Truck” and built a vast menu of delicious, 100% Halal, chicken sandwiches & more.

Side by side, Ali D and Jaber worked countless hours perfecting the menu, training new members of the team, and building the brands social presence. Ultimately, Ali & Jaber proved that sometimes, the greatest risks lead to the most savory rewards.
